You may already have found me on LinkedIn and have a good sense of my experience, skills and qualifications, so I wanted to share a bit more about me..

I grew up in the Netherlands and came to Australia as a youngster with my parents and siblings. Straight after completing my first degree in International Business, I moved back to the Netherlands where I landed a job working for Sony Music. I spent the next 6 years riding my bike everywhere and wearing jeans to work every day. The opportunity to travel for work and pleasure and going to countless free music concerts was a dream come true in my twenties. So was the opportunity to manage a team of dynamic and diverse people, working with colleagues and clients across Europe and the world. It was a fun, challenging, and rewarding time that taught me so much as an emerging leader.

Back in Australia I honed my communication skills working for Citibank. Fast, driven, and focused with constant change. An exhilarating experience! After a few years working as an ICT Project Manager, I moved into the role that would ultimately lead me to leadership development and coaching. As a Corporate Portfolio Analyst, I recognised an opportuniy to develop and deliver an organisation-wide training and coaching program. Becoming a certified professional coach and completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science, was a natural next step.

Eight years on I have had the privilege of supporting over 1000 clients across all levels of leadership. My work is grounded in academic and industry research as well as first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders today. Through the lens of coaching and psychoeducation, I empower my clients to build habits that lead to long-term behavioural change. I believe in showing up with curiosity, providing a co-creative space for connection, deep reflection, stretch, and growth.
